I specialize in comprehensive therapy services, including assisted stretch therapy, manual therapy, and exercise rehabilitation to enhance range of motion, flexibility, mobility, functional movement, strength, power, and overall performance.

As a certified athletic therapist with expert training, I provide customized therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals. I am conveniently located at Golden’s premier functional training facility, Base Health and Wellness.
